Proceedings from March 31 An initial appearance was held for Sterling L. Soman, 20, Wabeno, on felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, bail jumping, possession of THC (second-plus offense), a forfeiture and two misdemeanors, all which allegedly occurred March 30 in Maple Valley. The court set a $20,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is April 9. Proceedings from March 30 A plea hearing was held for Brett A. Harvey, 19, Oconto. He pleaded guilty to a felony charge of possession of THC (second offense). A misdemeanor charge was dismissed. Both charges occurred Dec. 15 in Oconto. A $2,500 signature bond continues. Sentencing is June 1.
