She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, injury by use of a vehicle, party to a crime and reckless driving causing great bodily harm, which allegedly occurred Jan. 11 in Lena. Radaj, 45, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, OWI (fourth within five years) and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol or controlled substance refusal), which allegedly occurred March 11 in the town of Lena. A $15,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 17.

He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of sexual assault of a child under 16, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement and exposing his genitals, which allegedly occurred Nov. 22 in Brazeau. Michalkiewicz, 20, Neenah, on a felony charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent (party to a crime) and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred May 2, 2014, in Townsend. A sentencing was held for Kyle K. Sydor, 25, Oconto, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, May 8 in Oconto. The court amended the charge to recklessly driving causing great bodily harm. He was sentenced to one year, six months incarceration and two years extended supervision. Count 2, injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, was read in and dismissed. On count 3, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, he was sentenced to four years incarceration and four years extended supervision to run concurrent with his other sentence, with conditions of no driving any motorized vehicle for one year during probation and absolute sobriety. The court will allow Huber work release for good behavior.
A motion/plea hearing was held for Shawn L. Paholke, 34, Suring. He pleaded no contest to perjury before court and intimidation of a witness Sept. 8 and 16 in Oconto, two counts of false imprisonment, one count of causing mental harm to child, child abuse-recklessly cause harm, two counts of neglecting a child (consequence is great bodily harm) and physical abuse of a child from July 2012 to May 2013 in the town of Breed. A cash bond of $50,000 was revoked. Sentencing is June 19.
