Gerrits, 24, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of first-degree reckless homicide, manufacturing heroin and possession with the intent to deliver heroin, which allegedly occurred Aug. 29 in Abrams. Kuczynski, 28, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of bail jumping, which allegedly occurred March 18 in Oconto Falls. A $30,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 16. An adjourned initial hearing was held for Daniel S. Stewart, 22, Suring, on two counts of felony possession of THC (second and subsequent offense) and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred March 24 in Suring. A $300 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is May 8. An arraignment was held for Janae Tress Kellogg, 17, Gillett. She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, injury by use of a vehicle, party to a crime and reckless driving causing great bodily harm, which allegedly occurred Jan. 11 in Lena. A $2,500 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is May 7. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Russell P. Radaj, 45, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, OWI (fourth within five years) and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol or controlled substance refusal), which allegedly occurred March 11 in the town of Lena. A $15,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 17. An arraignment was held for Chad A. Renier, 32, Pound. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of sexual assault of a child under 16, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement and exposing his genitals, which allegedly occurred Nov. 22 in Brazeau. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is June 11. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Samuel D. Stachura, 35, Sobieski, on felony charges of felon possession of firearms (two counts), possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, along with two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Oct. 17, 2014, in Mountain. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 16. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Daniel W. Cornelius, 35, Crivitz, on felony charges of OWI (fifth or sixth with passenger under 16) and possession of methamphetamine, along with a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred March 15 in Oconto. A $20,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 15. An arraignment was held for Christopher R. Link, 30, Oconto. The court entered a not guilty plea to felony charges of driving or operating a vehicle without consent, repeater, which allegedly occurred Jan. 16 in Pensaukee. A $2,500 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is May 7. An arraignment was held for Scott J. Arveson, 45, Denmark. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement with sexual contact, and causing a child 13-18 to view sexual activity, which allegedly occurred Feb. 13 and 15 in Oconto Falls. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A bail/bond review is April 16. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Sterling L. Soman, 20, Wabeno, on felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, bail jumping, possession of THC (second-plus offense), a forfeiture, and two misdemeanors, which allegedly occurred March 30 in the Maple Valley. A $20,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 17. An adjourned initial hearing was held for William P. Allen, 60, Little Suamico, on felony charges of possession of child pornography (10 counts), which allegedly occurred Dec. 26, 2014, in Little Suamico. A $200,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 16. An adjourned initial hearing was held for Jarrad M. Boyd, 32, Shawano, on felony charges of child abuse intentionally causing harm, strangulation and suffocation, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Jan. 16 in Gillett. A $5,000 signature bond continues. A preliminary hearing is May 19. An initial appearance was held for Patrick J. Ragen, 60, Oconto, on felony charges of public assistance fraud/benefits, which allegedly occurred April 1, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2014, in Oconto. The court set a $2,500 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is June 12. An initial appearance was held for Jacob W. Oestreich, 26, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of OWI (fourth within five years) and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration (fourth within five years), which allegedly occurred Jan. 27 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $750 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is May 7. An initial appearance was held for Zada G. Diedrich, 22, Oconto, on felony charges of theft movable property ($2,500-$5,000), which allegedly occurred Dec. 25, 2014, and Feb. 14 in Oconto. The court set a $2,500 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is May 11. Proceedings from April 8 A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Alex R. Michalkiewicz, 20, Neenah, on a felony charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent (party to a crime) and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred May 2, 2014, in Townsend. A $2,500 signature bond continues. An arraignment is April 16. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Mason M. Kampo, 18, Winneconne, on a felony charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent (party to a crime) and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred May 2, 2014, in Townsend. A $2,500 signature bond continues. A preliminary hearing is April 20. A sentencing was held for Kyle K. Sydor, 25, Oconto, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, May 8 in Oconto. The court amended the charge to recklessly driving causing great bodily harm. He was sentenced to one year, six months incarceration and two years extended supervision. Count 2, injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, was read in and dismissed. On count 3, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, he was sentenced to four years incarceration and four years extended supervision to run concurrent with his other sentence, with conditions of no driving any motorized vehicle for one year during probation and absolute sobriety. The court will allow Huber work release for good behavior. A motion/plea hearing was held for Shawn L. Paholke, 34, Suring. He pleaded no contest to perjury before court and intimidation of a witness Sept. 8 and 16 in Oconto, two counts of false imprisonment, one count of causing mental harm to child, child abuse-recklessly cause harm, two counts of neglecting a child (consequence is great bodily harm) and physical abuse of a child from July 2012 to May 2013 in the town of Breed. A cash bond of $50,000 was revoked. Sentencing is June 19.
