Greg A. Anderson

Greg A. Anderson, 62, Oconto Falls, died peacefully Saturday evening, Nov. 14, 2015, at a Green Bay area health care facility. He was born Oct. 19, 1953, in Eau Claire to Myron and Geraldine (Conlon) Anderson. Greg grew up in Eau Claire where he graduated from Regis High School. He furthered his education by receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, later earning his master’s degree from UW-Stout. In 1980, Greg moved to Oconto County where he worked as a counselor for Oconto County Human Services for 31 years. On May 19, 1984, he married Eileen De Beukelar at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in De Pere. The couple has lived in Oconto Falls all of their married lives where they raised their two sons, Jason and Bryan. Greg enjoyed woodworking in his spare time and being with his family. Survivors are his wife, Eileen Anderson, Oconto Falls; their two sons, Jason and Bryan Anderson, both of Milwaukee; two sisters, Deborah (Gary) Streveler, Barb (John) Saltness, all of Eau Claire; one aunt, Elaine Stolts, Mesa, Arizona; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Norbert (Denise) De Beukelar, Peter (Marsha) De Beukelar, Jane Bersch, all of Green Bay; James De Beukelar, Carol De Beukelar, Dan Rose, all of De Pere; Janice (Bob) Pelisek, Illinois; cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, in-laws, John and Martha De Beukelar, one sister-in-law, Diane Rose, one brother-in-law, Anthony Bersch, aunts and uncles. Visitation with the urn present will take place after 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Oconto Falls until the time of service. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Joel Sember officiating. Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls is serving the Anderson family.
