According to Becker’s, the executives featured on this list wield an ability to manage complexity while investing in the people and places they serve. Their hospitals’ successes are measured in healthier neighbors, stronger communities and improved overall patient experience.
“Colleen is well known for her dedication, passion and commitment to rural health care,” said John Wagner, chief operating officer of HSHS Wisconsin Market. “She is passionate about leadership and fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual respect among colleagues. We are so proud of Colleen for being awarded this honor, and we’re even more proud to have her as part of the HSHS family.”
Koski provides on-site, localized leadership to ensure the effective operation of the hospital while fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care. She oversees nursing, daily operations and all organizational functions, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision and values of HSHS.
A key component of her responsibilities includes engaging the local community to enhance the hospital’s reputation as a trusted health care provider. She builds relationships with patients, families and stakeholders, actively addressing their needs and concerns while promoting health and wellness initiatives that benefit the broader community.
“I am truly honored to serve in this capacity with an amazing team of caregivers,” Koski said.
