Lena, Pulaski baseball teams win

April 22 Lena 13, Wausaukee 2 Lena’s baseball team stayed unbeaten at 4-0 in Marinette & Oconto Conference action with a 13-2 win over Wausaukee. Pulaski 4, Notre Dame 2 Pulaski handed Notre Dame its first Fox River Classic Conference loss of the season after winning 4-2. The Red Raiders improved to 4-3 in conference play, while Notre Dame dropped to 5-1. Wrightstown 7, Oconto Falls 2 Luke Gilbertson hit 3-for-3 with two RBIs, but Oconto Falls came up short, 7-2, at Wrightstown. Carter Heroux pitched six innings for the Panthers and took the loss on the mound. He allowed eight hits and four runs (all earned), while walking one and striking out eight. Menasha 2, Shawano 1 The Hawks lost 2-1 at home as Menasha earned its first Bay Conference win of the season. Shawano dropped to 4-2 in league play and 5-2 overall.
