Witenberg-Birnamwood advanced to 11-0 in the Central Wisconsin East Conference with a 56-29 win over Amherst.
“We got off to a sluggish first half but still continued to inch away,” coach Nick Mechelke said. “Started the second how we wanted to and stretched our lead to 30. This was a good game where we got to sub in and out a lot.”
Rory Salvesen led the Chargers with 16 points, followed by Melaina Granquist with 13 and Harper Rogowski with 11.
Granquiest pulled down nine rebounds, and Nora Bushman, Rogowski and Salvesen each had four steals.
Notre Dame De La Baie Academy 81, Pulaski 22
Notre Dame ran away from Pulaski early and continued to pile on in its 81-22 win.
Brooke Barry led the Red Raiders with six points.
Niagara 68, Suring 53
Niagara controlled the game with a 17-point lead at halftime, and even though Suring outscored their guests by a pair in the second half, this game belonged to the visitors, 68-53.
Paige Pommerich led the Eagles with 12 points. Bunny Cramer scored 10.
