Proceedings of Jan. 27 • Shana Lynn Courchaine, 26, Green Bay, was placed on three years of probation with conditions after Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing for possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred April 13, 2023; second-degree recklessly endangering safety, in connection with an incident that occurred July 3, 2024; and possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred March 10, 2022. • Michael Ravanelli Perkins, 40, a Green Bay man serving time at Racine Correctional Institution in Sturdevant, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that occurred June 12, 2024; felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred July 17, 2023, and felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 15, 2023. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 31 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • KD L. Weaver, 26, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to first-degree recklessly endangering safety and chronic neglect of a child, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 1. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Feb. 14. • Megan June Sherman, 47, Oconto Falls, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to battery or threat to a law officer, throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety officer or prosecutor, felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for March 13. • Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Praise Mugisha, 22, Oconto, after he was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 26. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 13. • Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Shannon Marie Miller, 48, Oconto Falls, after she was charged with child abuse recklessly causing harm and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and restricting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 23. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 13. • Bond was set at $1,500 cash for Kayla Lynn Harris, 29, Oconto, after she was charged with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 28. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 13. Proceedings of Jan. 28 • James L. Valley, 39, Cecil, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 14, and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 27, 2023. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record. Judge Jay Conley levied fines and court costs and placed Valley on one year of probation with conditions. • After a preliminary hearing Ricardo Dominguez De La Cruz, 44, Coleman, was bound over on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor count operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 3. Judge scheduled arraignment and a pre-trial conference for March 10. Proceedings of Jan. 29 • Virginia M. Huycke, 39, Oconto, pleaded no contest to manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that occurred June 27, 2023; and possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred May 25. Huycke’s probation had been revoked in a 2022 conviction for possession of methamphetamine. Judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 20. Judge sentenced her to two years and six months in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions. • Pa Ying Xiong, 57, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 30. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 24 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Proceedings of Jan. 31 • Zachary Charles Runge, 28, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 13. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for March 13. • Bond was set at $25,000 cash for Hailey Ann Johnson, 21, Green Bay, after she was charged with fleeing an officer in a vehicle, resisting an officer and causing great bodily harm or a soft tissue injury, and three counts of second-degree reckless endangering safety, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 29. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 5. • Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Kimberly Ann Alm, 54, Chicago, after she was charged with battery or threat to a law officer and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 30. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 13.
