The CoVantage Cares Foundation announced the successful conclusion of its ninth annual Giving Tuesday campaign.
From Dec. 3-17, the campaign raised $563,872 to support 13 nonprofit organizations within CoVantage Credit Union’s service areas in Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois.
The CoVantage Cares Foundation matched donations up to $175,000.
“This year’s Giving Tuesday campaign has been truly inspiring, thanks to the incredible generosity of our members, employees and community partners,” said Charlie Zanayed, CoVantage CEO and CoVantage Cares Foundation board president. “We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support shown for these deserving organizations.”
Each branch partnered with a local nonprofit organization.
Shawano Area Matthew 25 received $70,413.90 from the fundraiser.
“The matching program truly magnifies the impact of each and every gift, inspiring donors of all giving levels to join the effort,” said Morgan Teal, CoVantage Cares Foundation director. “We are incredibly grateful to all who participated in this year’s campaign, from the heartfelt donations of a dollar to generous contributions in the thousands. When we unite to lift each other up, amazing things become possible.”
