Proceedings of Nov. 25 • Joaquin Julian Alba, 29, Gillett, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 9, and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and endangering safety by the use of a dangerous weapon, in connection with an incident that occurred April 17, 2023. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him to a year in prison followed by a year of extended supervision with conditions. • Jeremy W. Heise, 39, Suring, pleaded no contest to felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred May 21; a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that occurred May 30; and two counts of possession of methamphetamine and one count of felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug 6. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 3 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • Greyson Gregory Sweval, 46, Marquette, Michigan, pleaded no contest to operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 17, 2023. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 3 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • Chelsey Jean Raymond, 32, Oshkosh, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while her license was revoked and violating an ignition interlock order, in connection with an incident that occurred May 5. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge levied fines totaling $662. • After a preliminary hearing, Eric J. Hujet, 46, Oconto, was bound over on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 5. Judge Jay Conley scheduled arraignment for Dec. 20. Proceedings of Nov. 26 • Judge sentenced Christopher Allen Gulledge, 36, Oconto, to the 201 days he has already served in county jail for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 25, 2023. • Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Moises F. Andrade-Fiscal, 23, Oconto, after he was charged with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 24. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 16. • Bond was set at $3,000 cash for William J. Porath, 52, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 22. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 12.
