• A bench warrant was issued for Kyle K. Sydor, 35, Oconto, after he failed to appear for a jury trial on a charge of theft in a business setting in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 18, 2021.
• Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, 27, Amberg, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 11. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Nov. 7 and scheduled an arraignment for Dec. 12.

• Jessica J. Baxter, 28, Marinette, was placed on three years and six months of probation with conditions after Judge Michael T. Judge imposed and stayed prison sentences for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred June 9, 2021; felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred May 22, 2022; and another count of felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred April 6.
• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Paul J. Wirhanowicz, 39, Suring, after he was charged with false imprisonment, victim intimidation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 8. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 12.
• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for John M. Sundberg, 69, Suring, after he was charged with child abuse intentionally causing harm, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 9. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 12.
• Bond was set $1,500 cash for Tiffany R. Polzin, 41, Peshtigo, after she was charged with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of retail theft, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 30. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Dec. 12.
Proceedings of Nov. 8
• Benjamin W. Buch, 23, Tigerton, was placed on three years, six months of probation after Judge James Morrison imposed and stayed a prison sentence for exposing himself to a child, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 1, 2020. Conditions of probation include 90 days in jail.
• An April 1-3 jury trial was scheduled for Cody John Krueger, 37, an Oconto man currently serving time at Green Bay Correctional Institution, on charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, armed robbery and first-degree recklessly endangering safety, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in Oconto on Sept. 3, 2021. Krueger is also awaiting trial on two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing an officer and misdemeanor driving while his license was revoked, in connection with his arrest a week later on Sept. 10, 2021. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for March 18.

• Tiffany A. Peshek, 33, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to child neglect with a consequence of bodily harm, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 25. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Jan. 16.
• Kevin James Landree, 43, Marinette, pleaded not guilty by reason of mental defect to charges of taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 9. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Jan. 16.
• Richard Frank Rau, 65, Lakewood, pleaded not guilty to two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of bail jumping and criminal damage to property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25, and two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of THC, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 15. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Jan. 16.
• Dillon Steven Renard, 39, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to burglary, theft, taking a vehicle without consent, criminal damage to property, possession of burglarious tools, and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, receiving or concealing stolen property, possession of cocaine, possession of THC, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 16. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 12.
• Adam J. Julius, 24, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to misappropriating ID information to avoid a penalty, along with misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC, possession of amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 8. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 11.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for James C. Boucher, 41, Oconto, after he was charged with child neglect (consequence is bodily harm), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 3. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 12.
