• Hussein M. Ali, 36, a former Tigerton man serving a sentence at Jackson Correctional Institution in Black River Falls, pleaded guilty Sept. 11 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and fees totaling $1,411.
• Jason K. Pyawasit, 45, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 10 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle and a forfeiture offense of reckless driving endangering safety. Sloma sentenced him to one year in jail, levied fines and fees totaling $2,752.50 and revoked his driver’s license for six months.
• Amie B. Hubartt, 51, Cudahy, pleaded no contest Sept. 10 to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and fees totaling $1,762.25.
• Marc R. Haecker, 37, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest Sept. 10 to possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and fees totaling $5,036.81, sentenced him to eight months in the county jail with credit for 183 days already served and revoked his driver’s license for another six months.
• Lindsay R. Holstrom, 28, Shawano, was charged Sept. 9 in two separate filings with nine counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of theft and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 19.
• Abbie J. Jobe, 40, Marion, was charged Sept. 9 with disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Sloma set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 25.
• Anthony L. Perez, 39, Shawano, was charged Sept. 11 with possession of narcotic drugs and three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 30.
• Jeremy M. Peters, 37, Shawano, was charged Sept. 12 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense) with a passenger younger than 16, three counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $25,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 19.
