Tom Finlan Invitational
Five Bonduel runners earned medals at Josten Park in Green Bay, with the varsity squads competing against six other schools.
The girls took fourth place with Mariah Wondra and Teagan Engel earning medals for first and 12th place, respectively.
Also running for the Bears were Cierra Schnell 27th, Taylor Rank 45th, Kember Frome 47th, Madalyn Sokolski 53rd, Bella Roberts 54th and Alisha Berg 60th.
Also, Seidy Blandon earned a medal on the JV team.
The boys took fourth place with Oliver Chitwood and Race Anvelink earning medals for 17th and 19th place, respectively. Griffin Uelmen placed 22nd, Gage Anderson was 24th, Joah Dworniczak placed 30th, Garrett Anderson finished 41st, Ben Reisner was 47th, and Dylan Keller placed 53rd.
De Pere Invite
More than 30 teams, including five local schools, competed at the Shorewood Cross-Country Course in Green Bay. Local teams collected a handful of top 10 spots.
Emerson Fabry led the Pulaski contingent and most every other girl as she placed second in 20:07. Olivia Stedl finished in 12th place, followed by Addie Bruckert, Ellie Murphy and Cameran Reiss down the line.
Most of the boys were bunched together. Parker Marshall finished in 25th place, followed by Daniel Augustine in 26th, Arden Gillen in 27th and Dayne Groth in 31st. Grayden Gossen placed 37th, while Mitchell Pilon was 40th. In 64th place was Dayne Nowak, while Peyton Yaw was 69th.
Shawano’s girls were led by Bailey Hendricks and her sixth-place finish in 20:38. Adalyn Barkley and Anabelle Schroeder completed the course in less than 23 minutes. Also running were Mikelah Powers and Teagan Powers.
Josiah Kuehl led the boys, finished 21st in 17:37. Also running were Trevor Schwartz, Teagan Harkey, James Lange and Quinten Harkey.
Brooke Hodkiewicz led the Oconto Falls girls with a ninth-place finish in 20:47. Hailey Delzer placed 22nd, and Emma Meissner was 32nd. Also running were Ava Hodkiewicz, Mackenzie Lotto and Josie Holtz.
Ben Adams led the boys, placing 10th in 17:15. Also competing were Griffin Kopke, Isaiah Holtz, Evan Yuma, Brant Laluzerne, Landon Timm and Ethan Zielinski.
Gillett’s boys were paced by Bradyn Wendorff, who finished in ninth place in 17:10. Nash Stage, Scott Herroux and Chase Anderson also ran for the Tigers.
Gillett girls were led by Hope Soper, who placed 46th in 22:16. Also running were Lily Hansen, Sophia Limberg and Cilena Guns.
For Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas, Arena Rabas and Aspynn Anderson ran for the girls, while Mason Belongia, Erik Kosch, Dash Comins and Dane Comins competed for the boys.
Marathon Invitational
Wittenberg-Birnamwood’s Rory Salveson finished in second place and Harper Kroll was eighth at the Nine Mile Forest in Wausau.
The girls team placed second, while the boys placed eighth.
Salveson’s time was 19:52, with Kroll finishing in 20:24. Nora Bushman finished 10th in 20:42. Gabrielle Timm was 19th with a time of 21:52, and Jayden Zeinert placed 60th in 26:36.
Landon Meronk led the boys with a 63rd-place finish in 20:07. Also competing for the Chargers were Jonas Bushman, 65th, 20:23; Hayden Miller, 67th, 20:26; Milo Salvesen, 85th, 21:17; Colten Mueller, 88th, 21:21; Taras Guk, 92nd, 21:39; and Dalton Fletcher, 97th, 21:51.
