• Scott P. McKeever, 61, Bonduel, pleaded no contest July 29 to two counts of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and four counts of felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him to 240 days in the county jail. • Zachary M. White, 42, Menasha, pleaded no contest July 29 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense). Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 150 days in the county jail and revoked his driver’s license for 36 months. • Raymond A. Tourtillott, 44, Green Bay, pleaded no contest July 30 to four counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to one year in the county jail. • Michelle R. Lachusa-Lorentzen, 43, Elkhorn, pleaded no contest July 31 to three misdemeanor charges of possession of controlled substances, amended from felony counts in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines and fees totaling $2,943.50. • Horst P. Ellwart III, 35, pleaded no contest July 16 to three counts of battery or threat to a law officer, failure to comply with an officer taking him into custody, four counts of felony bail jumping and four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, as well as misdemeanors of violating a restraining order, battery, theft and disorderly conduct. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence Aug. 2, then placed him on five years of probation including up to 210 days in county jail. • Marcos A. Smith, 20, Shawano, was charged July 29 with six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,300 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 5. • Ray L. Stevenson, 50, Shawano, was charged July 29 with strangulation and suffocation, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 27. • David J. Olivarez, 45, Antigo, was charged July 29 with escape from criminal arrest, three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense). Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 10. • Serrena M. Webster, 40, Suring, was charged July 29 with fleeing an officer in her vehicle. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 13. • Georgia A. Johnson, 61, Shawano, was charged July 30 with possession of THC (second and subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 1. • Robert W. Carey, 51, Marion, was charged July 31 with two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 8. • Justin Daniel Lehman, 36, Peshtigo, was charged Aug. 2 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a review hearing for Oct. 7. • Jessica N. Myers, 38, Bowler, was charged Aug. 2 with possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 21.
