Proceedings of July 26
• Mark A. Gerow, 61, Kaukauna, pleaded no contest to possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 31, 2023, a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred July 15, 2023, and possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred May 18. Judge Jay Conley scheduled sentencing for Sept. 18 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• A Dec. 4 jury trial was scheduled for Gregory J. Clementi, 70, Lakewood, on charges of fleeing an officer in a vehicle and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 14, 2023. Judge Michael Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Nov. 18.
• Anthony R. Mork, 33, Suring, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of manufacturing with intent to deliver methamphetamine, manufacturing with intent to deliver THC, and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 1, 2023. Conley scheduled arraignment for Sept. 12.
• Tiffany A. Peshek, 32, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on a charge of child neglect with a consequence of bodily harm, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 25. Conley scheduled arraignment for Sept. 12.
Proceedings of July 25
• John S. Bouillion, 58, Lena, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred March 24. A felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentence and placed him on a year of probation with conditions.
• After a preliminary hearing, Crystal J. Hager, 35, Suring, was bound over and pleaded not guilty to three counts of manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine near a youth center, three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and two counts of felony bail jumping, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 29, Sept. 12 and Oct. 26, 2023. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Sept. 12.
Proceedings of July 24
• Joshua R. Uphill, 25, Oconto, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of reckless driving causing bodily harm and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred May 4. The charges were amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Robert R. Fredenburgh, 36, Mountain, pleaded no contest to sending a computer message that threatens injury or harm and domestic abuse disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred April 15. Judge scheduled sentencing for Sept. 18 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Jamar Rupert Daniels, 52, Calumet, Michigan, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 21. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Aug. 15.
Proceedings of July 23
• William D. Patnode, 49, Green Bay, was sentenced to nine months in county jail for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred March 28, 2022. Conley ruled that the sentence is consecutive to any other sentence he is currently serving.
• Bond was set at $8,000 cash for Harley Dean Stands, 30, Crandon, after he was charged with possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 22. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15.
Proceedings of July 22
• Cody A. Pratt, 31, Oconto Falls, was placed on three years of probation after Conley imposed and stayed a prison sentence for child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 30, 2023. Conditions of probation include nine months in the county jail, although Conley granted credit for 266 days (eight months, 22 days) already served.
• Clarence S. Trepanier, 75, Suring, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh, eighth or ninth offense) with a passenger younger than 16, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 24. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Sept. 12.
• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Jared Joseph Kroll, 37, Lena, after he was charged with false imprisonment, victim intimidation and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred July 17 and June 30. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15.
