• Jeffrey D. Rockman, 42, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest April 22 to eight counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, misappropriating ID information to obtain money and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, victim intimidation and resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing Juky 23 and placed him on five years of probation with conditions including up to 180 days in county jail.
• Trisha A. Cardish, 44, Suring, pleaded no contest July 24 to two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. The charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and fees totaling $1,808.50.
• Rocky J. Ciuplinski, 43, Prairie du Chien, pleaded no contest to manufacture and delivery of narcotics. Sloma sentenced him to eight years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision.
• Garth L. Banuelos, 36, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest July 23 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Sloma levied fines and fees totaling $1,159.
• Nathaniel J. Robinson, 32, Bowler, pleaded no contest July 25 to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine. Robinson’s probation was revoked May 15 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, manufacture and delivery of Schedule II narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma sentenced him July 25 to four years in state prison, followed by four years of extended supervision.
• Brandon W. Marohl, 45, Shawano, pleaded guilty July 25 to two counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegal obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Jessica M. Hensel, 34, Fond du Lac, pleaded guilty July 25 to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drugs. Sloma sentenced her to four years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision, concurrent with a sentence she is currently serving.
• Desia Marie Salinas-Tallmadge, 41, Gresham, pleaded no contest July 26 to two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma sentenced her to 120 days in county jail.
• Matthew W. Wetzel, 39, Birnamwood, was charged July 22 with possession of methamphetamine. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 6.
• Jose H. Paredes, 22, Wittenberg, was charged July 22 with substantial battery intending bodily harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 26.
• Christopher L. Achterberg, 44, Clintonville, was charged July 22 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $5oo cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 26.
• Amber L. Burke, 34, Shawano, was charged July 22 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed knife. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 6.
• Antone M. Lyons, 38, Keshena, was charged July 22 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 30.
• Chad DeMoss, 46, Shawano, was charged July 23 with two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, escape from criminal arrest, eight counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 1.
• Brent C. Thompson, 46, Bonduel, was charged July 23 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 13.
• Juan Lagunes Zapata, 53, Cecil, was charged July 23 with repeated sexual assault of the same child and incest with a child by a stepparent. Sloma set a $100,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 22.
• Allyson F. Kellogg, 28, Suring, was charged July 24 with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 30.
• Orman D. Waukau, 38, Shawano, was charged July 25 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 13.
