Proceedings of July 11
• A July 24-25 jury trial was rescheduled to Dec. 19-20 for Stephanie S. Farvour, 38, Gillett, who faces two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, one count of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 16, 2022. Judge Jay Conley scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Dec. 16.
Proceedings of July 10
• Jenny L. Tennant, 45, Manawa, pleaded no contest to misappropriating ID information and misdemeanor counts of possessing an illegal obtained prescription and prostitution, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 6. Judge Michael Judge scheduled sentencing for Sept. 10 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Joey Vandewettering, 62, Town of Gillett, pleaded not guilty to first-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, strangulation and suffocation, first-degree reckless endangerment and possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 27. Conley scheduled an Oct. 1-3 jury trial with a motion hearing Aug. 20 and a final pre-trial conference Sept. 10.
• Bond was set at $7,500 cash for Adam J. Julius, 24, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with misappropriating ID information to a void a penalty, along with misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC, possession of amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 8. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.
• Bond was set at $3,500 cash for Skylarr S. Edwards, 29, Oconto, after he was charged with battery or threat to a law officer, endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 9. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.
Proceedings of July 9
• Dana Marie White, 33, Green Bay, was sentenced to three years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision, for possession with intent to deliver cocaine, in connection with an incident that occurred June 3, 2023. Judge gave her credit for 402 days already served.
• A final pre-trial conference was held for the jury trial scheduled July 31 for Randall R. Kellogg, 34, Suring, on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, aggravated battery and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18, 2021; and child abuse intentionally causing harm, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 12, 2022.
• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Shana Lynn Courchaine, 26, Green Bay, after she was charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 3. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until July 18.
Proceedings of July 8
• Timothy J. Pearson, 39, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 14. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for July 23.
• Travis A. Verbruggen, 34, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to stalking and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 5. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Sept. 12.
• Joshua R. Uphill, 25, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to second-degree reckless injury in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 4. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for July 24.
