A 5-month-old baby died after being run over by a vehicle at a home May 8 in Bonduel.
Multiple crews performed life saving measures on the baby who was eventually air lifted to a hospital in the Green Bay area. Due to injuries sustained in this incident, the baby was unfortunately pronounced dead at the hospital.
All individuals on scene, including the parents and the driver of the vehicle were fully cooperative with law enforcement.
At this time, this case remains open as an active investigation and no further information will be released, according to the Shawano County Sheriff’s Department.
The sheriff’s department was assisted by the Bonduel Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, Bonduel EMS, Bonduel Fire Department, Shawano Ambulance, ThedaStar, and the Shawano County Coroner’s Office.
