Murder mystery dinner theater planned in Wittenberg

A murder mystery dinner theater is on tap at the end of the month by Crossroads Community Theatre. “Trouble at the Tropicabana,” an “I Love Lucy” murder mystery spoof by Tony Schwartz and Maryloou Ambrose, will be performed Feb. 28, March 1 and March 7-8. The murder mystery is directed by Miriam Nelson. This murder mystery is inspired by the beloved “I Love Lucy” show. Lucy, Ricky, Ethel and Fred are hosting a dazzling evening at Ricky’s famous nightclub, but as secrets unfold and tensions rise, the night takes a mysterious turn. Doors at the WOWSPACE, 114 Vinal St., will open at 5:30 p.m., and the dinner will begin at 6 p.m. The meal will be catered by Hidden Valley Supper Club from Caroline. Tickets are $45 each and will only be sold in advance. They are available at Wittenberg Sentry Foods or by calling 715-253-3525.
