The Lena Knights of Columbus are having a seafood sale to raise funds for the organization’s faith and community projects. The group is working with Blue Harbor Fish of Green Bay.
Orders are being taken through Feb. 21 on a wide variety of fish and shellfish items. Some items are single-serve portions, others are in 1- to 10-pound packages, and there are breaded and ready to cook choices, too.
Orders can be picked up at the St. Annes School, 221 E. Main St., in Lena from 1-6 p.m. Feb. 28 and 10 a.m. to noon March 1.
The Knights sponsor a number of community events such as the Feed My Sheep Pantry, the student supply closet for the local school district, scholarships, religious education, Knowledge and Free Throw Contests, and people in need among other projects.
Anyone interested can pre-order by contacting Mark Alden at stonemeadow3@gmail.com. The Blue Harbor truck will also be on site from 1-5 p.m. Feb. 28 with a broad selection for purchase off the truck.
