The 2014-2015 Oconto Falls High School Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizenship Award has been presented to Kimberly Schliep, the daughter of Greg and Diane Schliep, of Abrams. The award recognizes leadership, dependability, service and patriotism.
Schliep, a senior, was selected by her peers and the faculty at the school.
Schliep is president of the National Art Honor Society, plays trombone in jazz band and performs in school plays. Her hobbies are making decorative canvas, art, playing in the pit band for community musicals and helping her church group with community service projects.
After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point to major in arts management.
