The Health Equipment Lending Program at Good News Project in Wausau has extended service to the Birnamwood community through a Mobile HELP Truck that will visit twice each month.
Anyone looking to borrow used home medical equipment can call to reserve in advance. A monetary donation for the loaned items is suggested but not required.
Previously borrowed equipment from Good News Project can be returned to the truck, and donations of used medical equipment will be accepted, as items are needed.
The truck will be at the Birnamwood Dollar General store lot from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Thursdays that occur in the first and third full weeks of each month.
