Shiann Alicia Anderson, 28, of Neopit, died unexpectedly in an automobile accident on Friday, Aug. 28, 2015.
Shiann was born in Shawano on Oct. 12, 1986, to Carmilla Crowe and Richard Anderson. She lived in Neopit for most of her life and enjoyed cooking. Most of all, Shiann loved spending time with her family and friends.
Shiann is survived by her mother, Carmilla, of Neopit; her father, Richard Anderson Sr., of Riverside, California; her brothers and sisters, Joseph Soulier Sr., Randi (special friend Xavier Petonquot) Anderson, Richard (Dyan) Anderson Jr. and Reeannon (special friend Dustin St. Clair) Wynos; her grandfather, Curtis Crowe Sr., of Neopit; her boyfriend, Leon Caldwell; four stepchildren, Tenace “Dougie” Nacotee, Jace Nacotee, Enaemaehkiw Caldwell and Letytia “Tishy” Hindsley. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including special nieces and nephews Christopher Wynos, Curtis St. Clair-Crow, Charlee Hawpetoss, Cailee Hawpetoss, Diamond Denny and Sunshine Crow; special cousins, Brianna Crow and Aliah Kakwitch, John Redkettle Sr. and Amber Redkettle; and her special friend, LaToya Tucker.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Mary Jane Crowe and Marilyn Dixon; great-grandfather, George Wayka; great-grandmother, Jane Notinokey; nieces, Aurora Soulier and Danica Pamaska; aunt, Mary Lu Crowe; uncles, Joseph Redkettle Sr. and Stephen Crowe; and cousin, Brian Schandore.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at W6743 North Street in Neopit. Visitation will continue at the residence until the procession leaves at 1 p.m. for St. Anthony Cemetery on Wednesday.
