North Eastern Conference Championship
Oconto Falls placed fourth out of nine teams with a 417 at Wander Springs Golf Course. Marinette captured the gold with a 363.
Scoring for the Panthers were Taylor Miller at 92, Olivia Wagner at 101, and Addy Kluth and Ava Salscheider each at 112.
Kylie Thompson knocked out a 114.
Sept. 24
Bay Conference Championship
Shawano’s 373 put the Hawks in first place at Wander Springs Golf Course, three strokes better than Seymour. Bonduel was fifth out of eight teams with a 437.
Shawano’s Sophia Eggert was the medalist
and won that honor for eight of the nine conference meets this season. She was named Player of the Year for the third time in her four seasons of golf for Shawano.
Lily Glysch joined Sophia for firs team all-conference honors. Maddie Moesch and Del Kunze won second team all-conference honors as well.
Scores at Wander Spring were Eggert at 81, Glysch and Kunze at 95 each, and Moesch at 102.
Grace Pensis hit a 107.
For Bonduel, it was Morgan Staszak with a 96, Raina Dworniczak with a 108, Hailey Spates with a 116 and Paige Wolf with a 117.
Leah Court scored a 120.
The Hawks finished in second place ion the conference, trailing Seymour by two points, which equals one place in a meet.
Regional action will begin Oct. 2 at Ledgeview Golf Course in De Pere.
Little Chute
Oconto Falls won a three-team event with the Panthers and Freedom at Little Chute playing at Mid Vallee Golf Course in De Pere.
Oconto Falls scored a 198, with Freedom at 210 and Little Chute at 224.
Taylor Miller and Olivia Wagner tied with Freedom’s KayLee McClintock as medalist with a 44. Kyle Thompson had a 53, and Ava Salscheider had a 57.
Addy Kluth recorded at 60, Laura Gillum and Abi Clausen each had a 64, and Allie Brehmer had a 68.
