Shawano Pathways is inviting the community for its annual social and report to the community Nov. 12 at Twig’s Sun Drop Museum, 920 S. Franklin St., Shawano.
Discussions will highlight partnerships that resulted in successful projects this year, including the new trail information center, bike lanes on Airport Road and a parking lot on the yellow trail at River Bend Road.
Attendees will be the first to see Pathways’ photography contest winners, hear about the Shawano Paddlers and Shawano Adventure Sports, and meet trail tenders and Elvie from LV’s Bike Shop.
Social hour begins at 5 p.m., followed by sandwiches and an ice cream sundae bar, then announcements and the program.
There will be a cash bar, along with Twig’s soda tasting, snacks, and a 50/50 raffle. There is no admission fee, but donations are appreciated. Online reservations at events@shawanopathways.org will assist in planning.
