Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court

• Royce E. LaRock, 23, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 6 to aggravated battery intending bodily harm. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him Oct. 14 to 18 months in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions. • Derrick L. Thunder, 41, Neopit, pleaded no contest Oct. 14 to two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel sentenced him to 180 days in the county jail. • Jett F. Killer, 24, Cecil, pleaded no contest March 19 to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possession of THC. On Oct. 14 Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions. • Bobbi L. Caldwell, had her probation revoked July 10 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Kussel sentenced her Oct. 14 to a year already served in the county jail but noted she still owes more than $2,000 in fines and fees. • Ashley M. Sanapaw, 33, Keshena, was charged Oct. 14 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 23. • Michael T. Lawson, 62, Shawano, was charged Oct. 14 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 4. • Charles H. West, 33, Gresham, was charged Oct. 14 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 19. • Martin W.J. Penass, 46, Shawano, was charged Oct. 14 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked on Oct. 11. Sloma set a $250 cash bond. In a separate file, Penass was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and operating while revoked on Oct. 12. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for Oct. 25. • Kane A. Peters, 18, Shawano, was charged Oct. 15 with nine counts of felony bail jumping, battery or threat to a law officer, throwing or discharging bodily fluids at an officer or prosecutor, five misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor charges of battery and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond. In a separate file, Peters was charged Oct. 15 with nine additional counts of felony bail jumping, substantial battery intending great bodily harm, child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled preliminary hearings in both cases for Oct. 21. • Ann M. Oligney, 50, Shawano, was charged Oct. 15 with injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, causing injury by operating under the influence, hit and run involving great bodily harm, reckless driving causing great bodily harm and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $25,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 9. • Kristy A. Wilber, 46, Shwano, was charged Oct. 17 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor county of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 30. • Jasmine A. Roehl, 17, Wittenberg, was charged Oct. 17 with stalking and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 3. • Crystal M. Malone, 39, Bowler, was charged Oct. 17 with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 8. • Tyson A. Peters, 31, Shawano, was charged Oct. 17 with six counts of felony bail jumping, a prisoner throwing or expelling bodily substances and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 22. • Kyle J. Wise, 39, Shawano, was charged Oct. 18 with battery or threat to a law officer, making terrorist threats, five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor count of operating a firearm while intoxicated. Sloma set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 21.
