• Emma L. Hicks, 23, Shawano, pleaded no contest Feb. 11 to possession of narcotic drugs. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Anna V. Tikhonov, 25, Pulaski, pleaded no contest Feb. 12 to a misdemeanor charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and costs of $1,398.
• Drew J. Madosh, 34, Shawano, pleaded no contest Feb. 14 to possession of narcotic drugs, attempted escape from criminal arrest, two counts of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, 13 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly conduct, possession of cocaine, bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of operating while revoked. Sloma sentenced him to 24 months in prison followed by 24 months of extended supervision with conditions. He was given credit for 865 days already served.
• Anthony L. Doxtator, 47, Bowler, was charged Feb. 10 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), nine counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and bail jumping. Kussel scheduled an initial appearance for Feb. 20.
• Nicholas R. Wetherell, 33, Green Bay, was charged Feb. 11 with possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 25.
• Jeanne C. Chevalier, 32, Shawano, was charged Feb. 11 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $200 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 8.
• Steven J. Champion, 61, Cudahy, was charged Feb. 12 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $200 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 13.
• Jeffrey D. Malitz, 36, Shawano, was charged Feb. 13 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to distribute THC, two counts of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, seven counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 19.
• Thomas E. Jawoniak, 59, Pulaski, was charged Feb. 13 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 27.
• Tatum J. Lyons, 23, Keshena, was charged Feb. 13 with possession of narcotic drugs, eight counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription drug and possession with intent to use a masking agent. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 21.
• Stanley S. Stachelek, 23, Pulaski, was charged Feb. 13 with throwing or expelling bodily substances as a prisoner and four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel scheduled an initial appearance for March 10.
