Rosholt 4, Tigerton 3
Rosholt scored a game-winning run in the top of the seventh to defeat Tigerton 4-3 at Tiger Stadium.
Rosholt held a 1-0 lead in the second inning. Tigerton tied the game in the fourth inning and took a 2-1 lead in the fifth. Rosholt went back up 3-2 in the sixth only to have Tigerton tie the game in the bottom of the inning.
Angel Welch hit 2-for-3 for the Tigers. Jade Selle and McKenzie Hoffman each had an RBI.
Danika Tiller took the loss on the mound, pitching seven innings and giving up four runs (three earned) on nine hits while striking out nine and walking two.
Seymour 8, Shawano 5
Shawano batters found success at the plate, but it wasn’t enough to overcome an 8-5 win by Seymour.
Abby Wachtel went 3-for-3 with a double, and Braylyn Babino hit 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Abby Bystol hit 1-for-4 with a home run. Kimora O’Kimosh went 1-for-3 with an RBI.
Shawano is 9-6 overall.
