Panthers take third at home meet

Sept. 16 Oconto Falls Invitational The Oconto Falls golf team finished in third place at their home invitational at River Island Golf Course. The Panthers scored a 403, just ahead of fourth-place Pulaski’s 417. Bonduel was eighth with a 445, and Shawano was ninth with 486. Marinette won with a 379. Individual scorers for Oconto Falls were Taylor Miller at 89, Olivia Wagner at 96, Ava Salscheider at 107 and Kyle Thompson at 111. Abby Kluth scored a 119. Taylor Murphy led Pulaski with 96. Other players were Grace Melzer at 98, Morgan Schuh at 99 and Paige Krahn at 124. Natalie Berger scored 131. Scoring for Bonduel were Morgan Staszak with an even 100, Paige Wolf at 109, Raina Dworniczak at 111 and Leah Court at 125. Hailey Spates had a 126. Grace Pensis had the low score of 108 for the Hawks. Also scoring were Kendra Strebel at 118, Lauren Seehafer at 120 and Mya Coffey at 140. Hailey Hawkinson sacred a 149.
