Accident - Authorities investigated an apparent accident on U.S. Highway 41 and Brookside Road, Abrams. A vehicle had entered the ditch and rolled over but drove away.
Juvenile Problem- Authorities assisted in the search for a missing youth from Sherrie Lane in Gillett.
Suspicious - A Coleman man was lying in the ditch along state Highway 32 south of Townsend.
Citizen Assist- Authorities assisted with an out-of-control male, 34, on County Road VV in Gillett.
Traffic Miscellaneous - Authorities assisted a man who ran out of gas on County Road VV in Gillett and left four children in the vehicle while he went to get gas.
July 30
Deputies logged 32 incidents, including the following:
Criminal Damage - Letters and numbers were written on a garage door on Pelkey Street and West Railroad Street in Lena.
Theft - One dead and one missing alpaca were reported by a farmer on County Road J in Little Suamico.
Accident - Authorities investigated a two-vehicle accident on County Road B in Oconto Falls, south of Beaver Lake Road.
Gas Drive-off - Authorities investigate a $50 gas drive-off from the Abrams BP.
Gas Drive-off - Authorities investigate an $18 gas drive-off from the Brookside Shell.
July 29
Deputies logged 29 incidents, including the following:
Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of two vehicles occasionally parked on Balcom Lake Road in Gillett for several weeks.
Fraud - Abrams Arby’s reported a counterfeit $50 bill.
Traffic Hazard - Two young children were reportedly playing in the road on County Road J in Little Suamico.
Emergency - Authorities assisted a man from South Half Moon Lake Road in Pound who was experiencing stroke-like symptoms.
Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of a male driving a red mini van that drove by a North River Road home in Oconto and threw a bungee cord out of vehicle that hit a 10-year-old girl. The motorist drove past the home several times.
July 28
Deputies logged 23 incidents, including the following:
Theft - Locks were cut on three units at Rolling Stone storage units on state Highway 32 in Suring. A boat motor was missing.
Trespassing - A male was reported to be trespassing on a property on Spring Street in Sobieski.
Traffic Miscellaneous - A bicyclist fell off a bike and was lying in the ditch on County Road Y in Oconto.
Criminal Mischief - Graffiti was painted on a barn on Balcom Lake Road in Gillett.
Accident - A man pulling a trailer with large equipment lost his load in the ditch, and his trailer became lodged under his truck in the construction zone of U.S. Highway 141 and County Road E in Abrams. The southbound lane of traffic was blocked, and traffic was rerouted.
July 27
Deputies logged 37 incidents, including the following:
Abandoned Vehicle - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle left partially in the ditch on Nichols Road in Oconto.
Accident - A vehicle left County Road W at Palmer Lane in Mountain, drove into the field and knocked down a sign. An ambulance was called.
Accident - A vehicle struck the rear of another vehicle on U.S. Highway 141 southbound, north of Liegeois Road in Abrams.
Civil Matter - Items were reported missing from a building on Sundew Road in Sobieski.
ATV Accident - A 12-year-old male sustained a leg injury while ATV riding on Tracey Lane and Martini Lane in Crivitz.
July 26
Deputies logged 43 incidents, including the following:
Accident - A vehicle was in the ditch at Sunny Brook Road west of Belgian Road in Lena.
Accident - A truck hit a semi-trailer and became lodged under the trailer on the ramp of County Road S and U.S. Highway 41 in Little Suamico. The truck started on fire.
Structure Fire - Authorities investigated a fire consuming a machine shed on Brock Road in Gillett.
Suicide Attempt - Authorities assisted a 33-year-old female on County Road WW in Lena who had attempted suicide.
DNR Complaint- A cougar was spotted in a yard on Sunshine Road in Lena.
July 25
Deputies logged 24 incidents, including the following:
Miscellaneous - Authorities investigate the report of a youth who moved from her mom’s home on Island Lake Road in Mountain into her dad’s home in Oconto. Youth states she put her money into her mom’s bank account for safe keeping, and the mother will not give her the money back now that she moved out.
Domestic - Authorities assisted at a verbal dispute between a boyfriend and a girlfriend on West Main Street in Gillett.
Missing Person- An elderly person who left on a bicycle from Boulder Lake Campground in White Lake was reported missing and was found at another campground in the area.
Suspicious - Authorities investigated the report of a person lying on the ground on North Maple and Pine streets in Oconto Falls.
