Sept. 24 Deputies logged 34 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a vehicle that drove off Holtz Road in Oconto Falls. Theft - Authorities investigated the report of parts being taken off a vehicle on County Road CCC in Oconto Falls. Illegal Burning - Authorities investigated a report of something burning on Midway Road in Lena. The fire department was called. Accident - Authorities investigated an accident on South Range Line Road in Oconto. Burglary - Authorities investigated a trailer that was broken into on Mayflower Lane in Gillett. Sept. 23 Deputies logged 22 incidents, including the following: Suspicious - Authorities received a call about an unattended 3-year-old in City Park in Oconto. Agency Assist - Authorities received a call from Marinette County of a male in a pick-up truck who was watching a girl waiting for a school bus at County Road W and County Line Road in Oconto. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a semi-truck tipped on its side and blocking the road on state Highway 64 and County Road T. Open Door - Authorities assisted a cottage owner who received a report that the windows and doors were open on his cottage that was recently rented out on Park Lane in Pound. Burglary - Authorities investigated the report of a burglary in progress on Peshtigo Brook Road in Suring. An person was apprehended. Sept. 22 Deputies logged 33 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a vehicle rollover that resulted in minor injuries on Kaplin Lane in Coleman. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle in the ditch with two injured on state Highway 32/64 south of the junction in Mountain. Accident - Authorities investigated a vehicle roll-over on state Highway 32 at the Suring hill in Suring. Runaway - Authorities assisted with with locating a 15-year-old female runaway on Sprise Road, Lena. While waiting for a parent, she took off again through a partially open window of a police vehicle. Missing person - Authorities assisted with the search for an 84-year-old male reported missing from his County Road I home in Stiles. Authorities set up search crews and sent out a Silver Alert notice. The man was found. Sept. 21 Deputies logged 32 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle in the ditch near U.S. Highway 141 southbound and County Road E in Abrams. Accident - Authorities investigated a two-vehicle accident on County Road S and Cross Road in Sobieski. Criminal Damage - Authorities investigated a report of a truck in the ditch by the bridge on Grey Lake Road and state Highway 32 in Gillett. It appeared the truck drove through a barricade and sustained damage. Criminal Damage - Authorities investigated a report of kids shooting a BB gun. They shot out the caller’s window on East Algoma Street in Suring. Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of a missing 17-year-old female from the Green Bay area riding in a vehicle with an older male on Krueger Avenue in Oconto. Sept. 20 Deputies logged 38 incidents, including the following: Traffic Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated the report of an intoxicated driver who went into the ditch on Business 41 in Oconto. Accident - Authorities investigated a one-vehicle roll-over in which an 18-year-old male was ejected and suffered a severe head injury on Timberline Road and Powers Lane in Morgan. Drugs - Authorities investigated a report of a male smoking pot outside on West Park Street and North Elm Avenue in Gillett. ATV complaint- Authorities investigated a report of 11 ATVs driving down the center of the road on County Road T in Mountain. Traffic Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a call of a reckless driver on County Road S west of U.S. Highway 41/141 in Sobieski. Sept. 19 Deputies logged 27 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a car versus motorcycle accident on County Road G and North Kelly Lake Road in Spruce. One female was injured. Accident - Authorities investigated a vehicle roll-over on U.S. Highway 41 and County Road A in Oconto. Fraud - Authorities received a report of a person on Spring Street in Sobieski who received a call stating a grandson needed money, so a $1,000 CVS card was sent out. It was a scam. Repossession - Authorities assisted with a vehicle repossession on Daisy Court Lane in Little Suamico. Unwanted Party - Authorities assisted with a person who was not allowed to be at Gilligan’s North on Main Street in Oconto Falls.
