• Raymond Douglas Le Mieux II, 43, pleaded guilty July 28 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions, including 10 months in jail and a 36-month revocation of his driver’s license.
• A charge of felony bail jumping against Tyler Maurice Jubenville, 25, Niagara, was dismissed after Judge ruled he had successfully completed the terms of a 2023 deferred judgment agreement.
• Lee C. May, 49, Waupun, was charged July 28 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge set a $1,200 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Tara L. Dehut, 37, New Holstein, was charged July 31 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked. Judge Jay Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Matthew Walter Ducaine, 34, Oconto Falls, was charged July 31 with felony bail jumping. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
