A plea hearing was held for Charley E. Estep, 30, Oconto. He pleaded no contest to felony charges of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine, possession with the intent to deliver amphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine precursors, knowingly possessing meth waste and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. The offenses allegedly occurred July 7 in Little River. A Marinette County charge of delivery of methamphetamine was consolidated with the Oconto County charges. He also pleaded no contest to the offense, allegedly occurring on the same day. A $25,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is July 8.
Proceedings from May 20
An arraignment was held for Megan M. Leathers, 36, Oconto. She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of OWI (fourth within five years), operating with prohibited alcohol concentration (fourth within five years), alcohol fine enhancer, and bail jumping, which allegedly occurred April 12 in Little River. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is June 11.
A preliminary hearing/status conference was held for Dennis M. Heath, 58, Keshena, on a felony charge of sex registry violation and four misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred June 20, 2014, in Shawano. A $10,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment/status conference is June 11.
An initial hearing was held for Reuben C. Magiary, 42, New Franken, on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine (repeater), possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, (repeater) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred June 16 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $15,000 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance/preliminary hearing is June 1.
Proceedings from May 19
A plea negotiation was held for Brandon D. Dakins, 29, Oconto. He pleaded no contest to one count of first-degree child sexual assault, intercourse with a person under 13; nine counts were dismissed. He pleaded no contest to one count of incest with a child; 10 counts were dismissed. A charge of intercourse with a person under 12 was dismissed. A charge of exposing a child to harmful material was also dismissed. The offenses occurred from November 2012 to November 2014 in Oconto. A $50,000 cash bond was revoked by the court. Sentencing is July 13.

He pleaded no contest to one felony charge of felon possession of firearms (two counts), possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place and two misdemeanor charges, from Oct. 17, 2014, in Mountain. All other charges were dismissed. A $10,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is July 8.
An arraignment was held for Lisa J. Patten, 37, Dubuque, Iowa. She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of burglary of a building or dwelling, party to a crime, taking and driving a vehicle without consent, party to a crime, and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred March 11 in Little Suamico. The court set a $100,000 cash bond. A pretrial conference is June 12.

An initial appearance was held for Cantri D. Walkowiak, 29, of Oconto Falls, on felony charges of manufacturing/delivering schedule I, II narcotics, conspiracy to commit, which allegedly occurred May 14 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $15,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is June 11.
