A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Brody J. Tappa, 29, Oconto, on charges of battery (domestic abuse), repeater, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), repeater, and criminal damage to property, repeater, which allegedly occurred July 9 in the town of Oconto. A cash bond of $20,000 continues. An arraignment is Sept. 8.

A telephone conference was held for JJ D. Liegeois, 36, Little Suamico, on a felony charge of substantial battery intending bodily harm, second degree reckless injury and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred June 8, 2014, in Oconto. A $10,000 cash bond continues, with the conditions of no contact with the victim and absolute sobriety. A final pretrial hearing is Nov. 16.
An initial appearance was held for Owen R. Birr, 34, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of stalking, which allegedly occurred Aug. 9 in Underhill. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Sept. 10.
An initial appearance was held for Sarah L. Johnson, 26, Green Bay, on a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred June 13 in Little Suamico. The court set a $5,000 signature bond. An adjourned initial appearance is Sept. 10.

A preliminary hearing was held for Cantri D. Walkowiak, 29, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of manufacturing/delivering schedule I, II narcotics, conspiracy to commit, which allegedly occurred May 14 in Oconto Falls. A $1,500 cash bond continues. A plea and sentencing hearing is Sept. 9.
A status conference was held for Derek J. Klein, 38, Oconto, on felony charges of interfering with child custody (four counts), which allegedly occurred Oct. 19, 20 and 21 in Marinette. A $2,000 cash bond continue. A plea hearing is Sept. 9.

An arraignment was held for Robert R. Olson, 47, Oconto Falls. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of strangulation and suffocation (three counts) and four misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred May 26 in Oconto Falls. A $500 cash bond continues. A status conference and possible plea and sentencing hearing is Sept. 28.
An arraignment was held for Sarah E. Gallian, 21, Suring. She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of manufacturing and delivering THC (distribution to minors), maintaining a drug trafficking place and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred April 30 in Suring. A $2,000 cash bond continues. A status conference and possible plea and sentencing are Sept. 28.
