Proceedings of July 31 • Bond was set at $7,500 cash for Allyson Faye Britten, 28, Suring, after she was charged with five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 29. Judge Jay Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 15. Proceedings of July 30 • Branden Paul James Lindsay, 27, Lakewood, was sentenced to one year in prison, followed by one year of extended supervision with conditions, for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred May 26, 2023. Judge Michael Judge ruled he is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program, which can lead to early release upon successful completion. • A July 31 jury trial was rescheduled for Dec. 17 for Terrence Lee Ludwig, 63, Suring, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and operating with a prohibited alcohol content, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 8, 2023. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Dec. 2. • After a preliminary hearing Brent W. Walker, 40, Gillett, was bound over on a charge of possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 17. Conley scheduled arraignment for Sept. 12. • Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Brandon J. Neumann, 31, Gillett, after he was charged with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 27. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15. Proceedings of July 29 • A Nov. 19-20 jury trial was scheduled for Robert T. Albert II, 52, Stephenson, Michigan, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing THC, drug paraphernalia, and illegally obtained prescription drugs, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 7. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Nov. 4. • Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Cale Donald Agamaite, 18, Ripon, after he was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while revoked, possession of THC and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 28. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15.
