Proceedings of Sept. 13
• Cindy M. Earley, 56, Oconto, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Two felony cases, which had been scheduled for a Sept. 11 jury trial, were dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• After a preliminary hearing John J. Hanna, 37, Oconto, was bound over and pleaded not guilty to first-degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing an officer in a vehicle and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 6, 2023. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7 for this case and a previous file in which Hanna is charged with three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, failure to comply with an officer’s attempt to take him into custody, eluding an officer in a vehicle, and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that alleged occurred June 4, 2023.
Proceedings of Sept. 12
• A bench warrant was issued for Sean R. Calewarts, 40, Oconto Falls, after he failed to appear for a court hearing on two counts of felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 3.
• Anthony R. Mork, 33, Suring, pleaded not guilty to manufacturing with intent to deliver methamphetamine, manufacturing with intent to deliver THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 1, 2023. Judge ordered a pre-trial conference for Sept. 30. In a newer case file, Judge scheduled a preliminary hearing and arraignment for Sept. 30 for charges of possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 16.
• Kayla Ardell Suvanto, 33, Shawano, pleaded not guilty to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 6. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7.
• Shane Brandon Ksobiech, 31, Tomahawk, pleaded not guilty to substantial battery intending bodily harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 23, 2022. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7.
• Monnaleah Margaret Long, 40, Suring, pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 14. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7.
• Shauna Lynn Rouse, 45, New Franken, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 18. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Oct. 17.
• Bond was set at $15,000 cash for Antonio Wells, 32, Gillett, after he was charged with six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11. Judge Jay Conley said the bond amount covers both the new charges and a May 25 charge in which he faces another six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of driving without a valid license. A bench warrant had been issued after Wells failed to appear for an Aug. 15 hearing on those charges. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance in the new case until Oct. 17.
• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Megan June Sherman, 47, Oconto Falls, after she was charged with battery or threat to a law officer, throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety officer or prosecutor, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 17.
• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Alyssa M. Vanstraten, 32, Gillett, after she was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Sept. 23.
• Bond was set at $1,500 cash for Cierra Nikole Bernarde, 29, Bowler, after she was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 10. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 17.
• Bond was set at $1,500 cash for Ivan Anthony Huff, 27, Chippewa Falls, after he was charged with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 25. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 17.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Erick Robert Spreeman, 33, Coleman, after he was charged with theft in a business setting, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 24, 2023. Conley scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 22.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Kendra Ivanell Gile, 36, Suring, after she was charged with two counts of capturing an intimate representation, burglary to a building or residence and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 25. Conley scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 18.
• A $1,000 signature bond was set for Robert V. Julius Jr., 29, Shawano, on charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 1. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 17.

• Bond was set at $3,500 for Alexander Michael Heagle, 35, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 30. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 17.
Proceedings of Sept. 10
• Sidney Steven Daniels Jr., 41, a Keshena man serving a prison term at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred May 8. Judge sentenced him to 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision, concurrent to the sentence he is already serving.
• Randy L. Brempell, 53, Lena, pleaded no contest to three misdemeanor counts of theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 3, 2023. The charges were reduced from felonies in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions including full restitution.
• Joseph Arthur Andrus, 28, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery, in connection with an incident that occurred July 31, 2022, and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 21, 2022. The charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Conley imposed and stayed a one-year county jail sentence and placed him on two years of probation with conditions including restitution.
• Jessie James VanDreel, 31, Sobieski, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred June 20, 2023. Two related felony counts were dismissed but read into the record. Conley scheduled sentencing for Sept. 24.
• Danielle Kristie Marcotte, 38, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to three misdemeanor counts of child neglect, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 7, 2023. Five other charges including three felonies were dismissed in a plea agreement but read into the record. Judge approved a deferred judgment agreement and suspended the case for two years.
• Loyal Tyrell Bradley, 38, Green Bay, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), operating a firearm while under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 13. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7.
• Jared Joseph Kroll, 37, Lena, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to false imprisonment, victim intimidation and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred July 17 and June 30. Judge scheduled a bail/bond hearing for Sept. 30.
Proceedings of Sept. 9
• A pre-trial conference was held for Marty M. LaCourt, 35, Oconto, who is scheduled to stand trial Sept. 25-27 on a charge of second-degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 5, 2023. Judge set a final pre-trial conference for Sept. 18.
• Robert S. Presl, 44, Oconto, pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect to three counts of battery or threat to a law officer, one count of throwing or discharging bodily fluids at an officer, three counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 16. Conley ordered a competency exam and scheduled reviews for Sept. 16 and Nov. 25, with a status conference set for Dec. 10.
• Christopher W. Woodliff, 39, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25. Conley scheduled arraignment for Oct. 14, but that hearing was canceled later in the week when Woodliff filed a request for change of judge. The arraignment had not yet been rescheduled at press time.
• Bond was set at $350 cash for Taythin T. Inrasavongsa, 22, Little Suamico, after he was charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 29. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 17.
