Proceedings of Jan. 13
• Kyle K. Sydor, 35, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 16. Sydor is also charged with theft in a business setting in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 18, 2021. Judge Michael Judge scheduled a status conference and bail/bond hearing for Jan. 22.
• Bond was set at $3,000 cash for Paul J. Wirhanowicz, 39, Spring, after he was charged with felony bail jumping in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 9. His initial appearance was adjourned until Jan. 16 and again until March 13.
• Bond was set at $2,300 for Keith D. Lasnoski, 59, Pulaski, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 12. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 13.
• Bond was set at $500 cash for Nicole Mildred Hofacker, 21, Black Creek, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 12. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 13.
Proceedings of Jan. 14
• Keilon Allon Snipes-Reed, 20, a White Lake man serving time at Green Bay Correctional Institution, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions, for armed robbery and first-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 4, 2021. Judge gave him credit for 930 days already served.
• Emilio G. Garcia, 34, Oconto, was sentenced to three years and six months in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions, for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and pleaded guilty to possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC, in connection with an incident that occurred May 25. Judge gave Garcia credit for 234 days already served.
• Loyal Tyrell Bradley, 38, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), in connection with an incident that occurred April 13, 2024. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Erick Robert Spreeman, 34, Coleman, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of theft in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 24, 2023. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley ordered him to pay restitution of $3,076.36 and court surcharges totaling $3,553.20.
• The prosecutor moved to dismiss the case against Shannon May Tourtillott, 34, Keshena, who was ruled not competent to stand trial in January 2024 on a variety of charges including child neglect and abuse, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in May 2023, as well as battery or threat to a law officer and escape in connection with her arrest in August and an incident that allegedly occurred while she was being transported as a jail inmate on July 31, 2023. The defense agreed with the motion. Conley did not grant the state’s motion right away but said the district attorney’s office can file a written motion regarding compliance with victim rights. No further proceedings were scheduled.
• James John Crouse, 52, Menominee, Michigan, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver THC, two counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 13. Crouse is also await trial on a felony count of possession of THC (second and subsequent offense) and misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 16, 2023. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Feb. 27.
• A bench warrant was issued for Florentino Hernandez Rodriguez, 28, Lena, after he failed to appear on charges of false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 24, 2022, and felony bail jumping, in connection with an alleged June 2, 2022, incident.
• Bond was set at $3,000 cash for Jason W. Thielen, 49, Pulaski, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 11. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 13.
Proceedings of Jan. 15
• Shana Lynn Courchaine, 26, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred April 13, 2023, and second-degree recklessly endangering safety, in connection with an incident that occurred July 3, 2024. Courchaine’s probation and a deferred judgment agreement were revoked May 15, 2023, on a previous conviction or possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred March 10, 2022. Judge scheduled sentencing in all three cases for Jan. 27.
• Cale Donald Agamaite, 19, Ripon, pleaded guilty to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred July 28. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Bond was set at $3,000 cash for Nicholas Donald Collar, 31, New London, after he was charged with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 12. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 13.
Proceedings of Jan. 16
• Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, 27, Amberg, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 11. Conley scheduled a plea hearing for Jan. 29.
• Tyler C. Spice, 38, Lena, pleaded not guilty to strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 16. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for March 13.
• A bench warrant was issued for Ashley L. Lulloff, 40, Neenah, after she failed to appear for a hearing on charges of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 25.
• A bench warrant was issued for Jonathon Ray Suprise, 52, Menominee, Michigan, after he failed to appear for a court hearing on charges of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 30.
• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Andrew J. Miller, 41, Menominee, Michigan, who is charged with resisting an officer and causing substantial bodily harm or a soft tissue injury, felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while revoked, possession of THC and disorderly conduct, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Jan. 6-7. During his initial appearance, Conley found him in contempt of court and sentenced him to 30 days in the county jail without bail. The judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 22.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Jeremy Robert Goodletson, 41, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with two counts felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 27. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until March 13.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Bridget M. Poquette, 36, Oconto, after she was charged with burglary to a building or dwelling and theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 12. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until March 13.
• A $2,500 signature bond was set for Sean R. Calewarts, 41, Oconto, after he was charged with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 9, and misappropriating identity information to avoid penalty and three counts of felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 15. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 13.
Proceedings of Jan. 17
• A May 20-21 jury trial was scheduled for Gary Michael Wilger, 63, Suring, on charges of stalking and misdemeanor bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 26, 2024. Conley scheduled a final pre-trial conference for May 5.
• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Scott Robert Martin, 52, Abrams, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 11. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 13.
