Proceedings of April 7 • Brady Lee Boucher, 30, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 20. Judge Michael Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 22. In separate cases, Boucher is awaiting trial on charges of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 28. He was awaiting sentencing in another case after pleading no contest to possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of amphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 25, 2024.
