A waiver preliminary hearing was held for William J. Longsine, 49, Lena, on eight charges of manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and precursors, possession of methamphetamine waste, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine and maintain a drug trafficking place. A $100,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Aug 14.
An initial appearance was held for Jeremy R. Byrnes, 20, Krakow, on felony charges of child sexual exploitation from April 4 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $2,500 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is Aug. 14.
Proceedings from July 21
A waiver preliminary, arraignment and bond hearing were held for Abigail R. Santee, 25, Lena. She pleaded not guilty to seven charges: manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and precursors, possession of methamphetamine waste, and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. The court denied a bond reduction, so a $50,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Aug 14.
Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto, pleaded no contest to 13 drug-related charges occurring May 30, 2013, in Oconto and three counts of felony bail jumping. A $10,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is Sept. 15.
Tresa M. Gilbert, 44, Oconto Falls, was sentenced to one year and six months of incarceration and one year extended supervision on charges of bail jumping-felony and a misdemeanor charge of theft-movable property from April 22 in Oconto Falls and two counts of forgery from July 15, 2013, in Oconto Falls.
An initial appearance was held for Robert T. Woosencraft, 49, Oconto, for felony OWI (seventh, eighth or ninth offense, with a passenger younger than 16) and a misdemeanor from July 20 in Little River. The court set a $20,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Aug. 14.
An initial appearance was held for Timothy J. Matuszak, 53, Green Bay, on a felony charge of child abuse-intentionally cause harm and a misdemeanor from July 19 in Oconto. The court set a $500 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Aug. 14.
An initial appearance was held for Roy A. Oldenburg, 19, Oconto Falls, on two counts of exposing a child to harmful material June 15 and July 11, possession with intent to deliver THC and maintain drug trafficking place July 16, and four misdemeanor charges, all in Oconto Falls. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Aug. 14.
