An arraignment was held for Earl F. Cornelius, 39, Green Bay. He pleaded not guilty to nine counts of failure to support a child (120-plus days) between Oct. 1, 2011, and Sept. 30, 2014, in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Feb. 12.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Billie J. Fuller-Graham, 25, Suring, on felony charges of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at public safety worker, battery to law enforcement officers, firefighters or commission wardens, and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Dec. 23 in Oconto and How.
