A final pretrial/plea hearing was held for Kristine M. Agamaite, 37, Oconto Falls. She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession of narcotic drugs Dec. 21 in Oconto Falls. Charges of manufacture with intent to deliver THC, distribution to minors and three misdemeanor charges were read in and dismissed. A $10,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is June 4.
A plea hearing was held for Travis J. Krueger, 40, Pulaski. He pleaded no contest to felony charges of OWI (fourth within five years). A $1,000 cash bond was revoked. Sentencing is June 4.
A plea hearing was held for Earl F. Cornelius, 39, Green Bay. He pleaded no contest to three counts of failure to support a child (120-plus days) from Oct. 1, 2011, through Sept. 30, 2014, in Oconto. The court read in and dismissed three counts of failure to support a child (120-plus days). A $5,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is June 4.
An arraignment hearing was held for William P. Ahnen, 60, Little Suamico. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession of child pornography (10 counts), which allegedly occurred Dec. 26, 2014, in Little Suamico. A $35,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is June 11.
An arraignment was held for Russell P. Radaj, 45, Oconto Falls. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, OWI (fourth within five years) and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol or controlled substance refusal), which allegedly occurred March 11 in the town of Lena. A $15,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is May 7.
Proceedings from April 23
A sentencing hearing on revocation was held for Joshua W. Longsine, 26, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense), which occurred Nov. 29, 2012, in Oconto Falls. He was sentenced to 18 months incarceration and is eligible for both the Challenge Incarceration Program and Substance Abuse Program, and two years extended supervision. The court granted 239 days jail credit. He is to pay the remaining balance due on court costs plus any Department of Corrections supervision fees. The court ordered alcohol and other drug abuse assessments with complete follow through, all recommendations made by the Department of Corrections and absolute sobriety. He must take all medications as prescribed.
An initial appearance was held for Kagen A. Whiting, 20, Suring, on felony charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child (three counts), which allegedly occurred April 11 in Bagley. The court set a $30,000 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is May 7.

Block, 23, Green Bay, on felony charges of possession of amphetamine/LSD/ Psilocin (second-plus offense) repeater and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred April 21 in Oconto Falls. An initial appearance was held for Rodney G. Enneper, 45, Oconto, on 13 felony charges: child enticement-sexual contact (four counts), first-degree sexual assault of a child under 12, first-degree sexual contact with a person under the age of 13 (two counts), second-degree sexual assault of a child (six counts), which allegedly occurred from 2005 to 2014 in Oconto County. The court set a $250,000 cash bond.

A preliminary hearing/arraignment was held for Tiffany A. Gerrits, 24, Oconto Falls. She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of first-degree reckless homicide, manufacturing heroin and possession with the intent to deliver heroin Aug. 29 in Abrams. A $250,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is July 8.
Proceedings from April 17
A waiver preliminary/bond hearing was held for Sterling L. Soman, 20, Wabeno, on felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, bail jumping, possession of THC (second-plus offense), a forfeiture, and two misdemeanors, which allegedly occurred March 30 in Maple Valley. A $20,000 cash bond was amended to $10,000. An arraignment is May 7.
Ryan W. Shevey, 55, Lena, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Jan. 14 in Little River. A $1,500 cash bond continues. Sentencing is June 2.
Proceedings from April 8
A motion/plea hearing was held for Shawn L. Paholke, 34, Suring. He pleaded no contest to perjury before court and intimidation of a witness Sept. 8 and 16 in Oconto, two counts of false imprisonment, one count of causing mental harm to child, child abuse-recklessly causing harm, two counts of neglecting a child (consequence is great bodily harm) and physical abuse of a child, from July 2012 to May 2013 in the town of Breed. A cash bond of $50,000 was revoked. Sentencing is June 19.
