An initial appearance was held for Isaiah M. Perez, 20, Oconto, on felony charges of burglary of a building or dwelling (party to a crime) and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 20, 2014, in Oconto. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is June 11.
A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Daniel S. Stewart, 22, Suring, on two felony charges of possession of THC (second and subsequent offense) and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred March 24 in Suring. A $300 cash bond continues. An arraignment is June 11.
A sentencing was held for Billie J. Fuller-Graham, 25, Suring. She pleaded guilty to a felony charges of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at public safety worker and battery to law enforcement officers, firefighters or commission wardens on Dec. 23 in Oconto and How. She was sentenced to one year and 137 days incarceration (granted credit for 137 days) and one year extended supervision. Court ordered defendant to cooperate with her guardian with all treatment plans for all mental heath needs, successfully complete an evaluation and any other assessments required by the Department of Corrections, take all medications prescribed, and comply with all rules and conditions of her placement home.

An adjourned initial appearance was held for Megan M. Leathers, 36, Oconto, on felony charges of OWI (fourth within five years) and bail jumping, which allegedly occurred April 12 in Little River. A $10,000 cash bond continues.
An initial appearance/bail bond hearing was held for Lisa A. Gerrits, 45, Oconto, on felony charges of hit-and-run involving injury, which allegedly occurred May 6 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $1,000 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is June 11.
An initial appearance/bail bond hearing was held for Richard L. Comins Jr., 42, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of OWI (fifth or sixth) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred May 6 in Stiles. The court set a $20,000 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is June 11.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Dylan R. Block, 23, Green Bay, on felony charges of possession of amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (second-plus offense) repeater and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred April 21 in Oconto Falls. A $3,500 cash bond continues.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Dennis M. Heath, 58, Keshena, on a felony charge of sex registry violation and four misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred June 20 in Shawano. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is May 20.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Jacob W. Oestreich, 26, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of OWI (fourth within five years), operating with prohibited alcohol concentration (fourth within five years), which allegedly occurred Jan. 27 in Oconto Falls. A $750 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is June 29.
An arraignment was held for Sterling L. Soman, 20, Wabeno. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, bail jumping, possession of THC (second-plus offense), a forfeiture and two misdemeanors, which allegedly occurred March 30 in Maple Valley. A $10,000 bond continues. A pretrial conference is June 11.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Kagen A. Whiting, 20, Suring, on felony charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child (three counts), which allegedly occurred April 11 in Bagley. A $30,000 cash bond continues. An adjourned initial appearance is May 19.
Proceedings from May 6
A sentencing hearing was held for Randy M. Phillips, 52, Crivitz, on felony charge of OWI (third offense with a passenger under 16), which occurred Aug. 16 in Abrams. A determinate sentence of two years was imposed and stayed, and he was sentenced to 18 months incarceration and two years probation. A charge of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (third offense) with a minor child in the vehicle, alcohol fine enhancer, was dismissed. On a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, he was sentenced to 30 days jail, consecutive to the previous sentence, with Huber privileges. Another disorderly conduct charge was dismissed. He must complete alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow-through, maintain absolute sobriety, and not drive a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and not drive with any child under 18 during his probation.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Rodney G. Enneper, 45, Oconto, on 13 felony charges: child enticement-sexual contact (four counts), first-degree sexual assault of a child under 12, first-degree sexual contact with a person under the age of 13 (two counts), second-degree sexual assault of a child (six counts), which allegedly occurred from 2005-2014 in Oconto County. A $250,000 cash bond continues. He is not to leave Oconto County. A preliminary hearing is June 4.

An arraignment was held for Mason M. Kampo, 18, Winneconne. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent (party to a crime) and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred May 2, 2014, in Townsend. A $2,500 signature bond continues. A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled June 4.

An initial appearance and waiver preliminary hearing were held for Charley E. Estep, 30, Oconto, on felony charges of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine, possession with the intent to deliveramphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine precursors, knowingly possessing methamphetamine waste and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, which allegedly occurred July 7 in Little River. A charge of delivery of methamphetamine, which allegedly occurred on the same day, is pending in Marinette County. The court set a $25,000 cash bond.
