Shirley Ann Welcing, 79, of Bonduel, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, at the St. Martin’s Catholic Church in Cecil with the Rev. Luke Ferris officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, July 25, 2014, from 9 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in the St. Martin’s Catholic parish cemetery.
