Theft — An air conditioner was reported stolen on Hillcrest Drive in the town of Washington. Harassment — Authorities responded to a harassment complaint on state Highway 22 in Belle Plaine. Clintonville Police Department Oct. 22 Police logged eight incidents, including the following: OWI — A 35-year-old driver from Bowler was arrested for operating while intoxicated after a traffic stop on East Morning Glory Drive.
