Love of children inspires Halloween decorating

Les and Judy Mlsna have decorated their residence at 510 E. Lieg Ave. for Halloween since 2002, when they purchased the home. This year will be no different. Les credits his wife for her passion of decorating for the season. “She has an eye for that kind of stuff, and we are always looking for something new to add,” Les said. The couple have seven children who live out of the area. “Last year, I wore a (gorilla mask) at trick or treating, and when a little girl got scared, she ran to her parents,” Les said. “I won’t do that this year.” Judy said their Christmas display will be larger than Halloween’s. “We always like to decorate for the season,” she said.
