Jack J. Kaquatosh, 59, died Jan. 16, 2015.
Dear son of Carl Sr. and the late Crystal. Loving brother of Clara, Linda Haapala, Cheryl Galan Martinez, the late Carol Bresette and Carl Jr.
Preceded in death by nephew Michael Haapala.
Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, and dear and special friend Roger.
Visitation at Congregation of the Great Spirit, 1000 W. Lapham Blvd., Milwaukee, 5-10 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral 11 a.m. Thursday.
