Falls blood drive exceeds goal

To the editor: Thank you to all who volunteered May 8 to make our Oconto Falls American Red Cross blood drive held at Oconto Falls United Methodist Church a success. Thank you to Lions members Sam Powell, Tom Clark, Jon Makuck, Bob Rodich and Vern Mortier for set up and take down, Lioness members Loretta Shellman and Lin Powell, who handled the canteen, and also to members who provided sandwiches. Thank you also to Donna Koepp and Carol Coopman and the United Methodist Church for continued use of the fellowship hall. A big thanks to all who donated blood in this time of need.
