Oct. 30 Deputies logged 29 incidents, including the following: Suspicious - A vehicle was parked on County Road N at City Park in Oconto playing loud music at 2:14 a.m. Disturbance - Trucks were driving in a field on Morgan River Road in Oconto Falls. Accident- A vehicle was in the ditch on County Road A, 1 mile east of County K in Lena. Suspicious - A vehicle with its lights off came into a driveway on County Road E in Abrams about 8:30 p.m. for a few nights. The home owner noticed a mailbox was smashed and someone defecated on the driveway. Theft - A boat motor was missing from a boat on County Road G in Suring. Oct. 29 Deputies logged 23 incidents, including the following: Overdose - Authorities assisted first-responders with a veteran in Suring who called a crisis line in New York to say he overdosed. Emergency - Authorities assisted a person on Brehmer Road in Abrams having suicidal thoughts. Accident - A vehicle was in the median of U.S. Highway141 near Ray’s Boneyard, Lena. Accident - A vehicle was in the ditch on state Highway 32 in Pulaski. Threatening - A Lamers bus driver reported receiving a threatening letter from a parent in Suring. Oct. 28 Deputies logged 20 incidents, including the following: Juvenile - Authorities assisted with an out-of-control 15-year-old on state Highway 32 in Krakow. Accident - A vehicle struck a mailbox on County Road J in Oconto. Weapon offense - Two parties with high-powered rifles were shooting on county property on County Road E and U.S. Highway 141. Theft - Owners of a missing dog on County Road F in Lakewood sought assistance to get the dog back. Probation Violation - Authorities investigated a report of a woman who is on an absolute sobriety order who was drinking on East Main Street in Gillett. Oct. 27 Deputies logged 26 incidents, including the following: Accident - A driver swerving to miss a small animal in the road lost control of the vehicle on County Road S east of Jaworski Road in Sobieski. Accident - A vehicle hit a mailbox at 11:30 p.m. on Weso Creek Road in Suring. Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of someone trying to enter a home through a back door in the middle of the night on South Chase Road in Pulaski. Disturbance - Authorities assisted with a boy who was trying to smash the family vehicle and other items on County Road C in Sobieski. Oct. 26 Deputies logged 31 incidents, including the following: Fire - A garbage fire occurred near Geano Beach Road in Abrams. Burglary - A building was broken into on Tappa Road in Lena. Multiple items were missing. Accident - An accident occurred on Main Street in Lena in which a person backed a vehicle into another vehicle. Robbery - Authorities investigated a report of a male with a handgun who held up the BP station on East Frontage Road in Abrams. Oct. 25 Deputies logged 45 incidents, including the following: Theft - A theft of Vicodin was reported on Jameson Way in Little Suamico. Accident - A car hit a deer and guard rail on state Highway 64 in Pound. Burglary attempt - Someone cut barn boards off a barn on state Highway 32 in Gillett. Accident - A vehicle missed a stop sign and hit an oncoming vehicle on Red Bank Road and Silver Road in Suring. Fire - A garage and surrounding trees were on fire on Doran Road and Emily Road in Mountain. Oct. 24 Deputies logged 33 incidents, including the following: Accident - A vehicle lost control on a curve and struck two trees on County Road W west of Bonita Road in Mountain. Accident - A band from under a vehicle traveling on U.S. Highway 141/41 in Little Suamico fell off and struck the vehicle traveling behind it, causing damage. Burglary - A cottage was broken into on County Road W in Mountain. A Criminal Damage - Tires were slashed on a vehicle on Spring Street in Sobieski. Burglary - A cottage was broken into on Maple Lane in Townsend.
