A sentencing hearing after revocation was held for David M. Lonzo, 56, of Green Bay, on felony charges of second-degree sexual assault/treatment facility, which occurred Jan. 23, 2011. He was sentenced to a total of 10 years: six years incarceration, with Department of Corrections credit of 472 days, and four years extended supervision, with the condition of no contact with the victim or any minors. He must complete with any and all treatments, including sex offender treatment, and register as a sex offender, complying with all the rules.
An initial appearance was held for Blake E. Gewont, 39, Krakow, on felony charges of failure to support (four counts), which allegedly occurred October 2011 through May 2013 in the town of Krakow. The court set a $10,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Feb 12.

A preliminary hearing was held for Billie J. Fuller-Graham, 25, Suring, on felony charges of throw or discharge bodily fluid at public safety worker, battery to law enforcement officers, firefighters or commission wardens and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Dec. 23 in Oconto and How. A $2,500 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Feb. 12.
A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Derek J. Klein, 38, Oconto, on felony charges of interfere with child custody (four counts), which allegedly occurred Oct 19, 20 and 21 in Marinette. The $2,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 12.

An arraignment was held for Brandon D. Dakins, 29, Oconto, on amended felony charges of first-degree child sexual assault, intercourse with a person under 12, first-degree child sexual assault, intercourse with a person under 13 (10 counts), incest with a child (11 counts) and exposing a child to harmful material. He pleaded not guilty to all charges, which allegedly occurred from November 2012 to November 2014 in Oconto. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Feb. 12.
A preliminary hearing was held for Joseph F. Befay, 32, Gillett, on a felony charge of possession of THC (second-plus offense), which allegedly occurred Aug. 29 in the town of Gillett. A $200 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Feb. 12.

An adjourned initial appearance was held for Vicki L. Steinhaus, 52, Oconto, on felony charges of manufacture and deliver non-narcotics and two counts of manufacture and deliver schedule IV drugs, which allegedly occurred Sept. 2 and 12 in Oconto. A $10,000 signature bond continues. A preliminary hearing is March 2.
A sentence on revocation hearing was held for Felicitie Wusterbarth, 22, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of manufacturing/ delivering non-narcotics and possession with the intent to deliver/distribute a controlled substance on or near a park, party to a crime, on Jan. 12, 2013, in Oconto. She was sentenced to a total of three years, six months: 18 months incarceration at Taycheedah Correctional Institution and two years extended supervision. She must complete alcohol and other drug abuse treatment and Compass evaluation and treatment, maintain absolute sobriety and have no contact with others involved.
