An arraignment/plea hearing was held for Justin M. Alsteen, 33, Little Suamico. He pleaded not guilty to all counts: two counts felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of THC (second offense) and three misdemeanor charges, all allegedly occurring Jan. 25 in Little Suamico. A $2,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is scheduled April 17.
An arraignment was held for Chris A. Hoffman, 49, Gillett. The court entered a not guilty plea on felony charges of OWI (fifth or sixth offense) and bail jumping, which allegedly occurred March 7 in Gillett. A $15,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is scheduled April 17.
A plea hearing was held for Randy M. Phillips, 52, Crivitz . He pleaded no contest on a felony charge of OWI (third offense with a passenger under 16) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Aug. 16 in Abrams. A $2,500 cash bond was revoked by the court but continues with conditions. A sentencing is scheduled May 6.
Proceedings from March 25
A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Lashea M. Webber, 21, Marinette, on felony charges of possession of narcotic drugs and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Nov. 29 in Little River. A $200 cash bond continues. An arraignment is April 17.
Proceedings from March 24
A plea hearing was held for Billie J. Fuller-Graham, 25, Suring. He pleaded guilty of a felony charge of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker, battery to law enforcement officers, firefighters or commission wardens, which allegedly occurred Dec. 23 in Oconto and How. A $2,500 cash bond continues. Sentencing is May 8.
An initial hearing was held for Daniel S. Stewart, 22, Suring, on felony charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense), two counts, and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred March 24 in Suring. The court set a $300 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is April 9.
An initial hearing was held for Dion E. Lawrence, 17, Oconto, on felony charges of battery to a school district officer and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred March 23 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $1,500 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is April 9.
Proceedings from March 20
A pretrial/plea hearing was held for Jesse A. Kropp, 28, Wausau. He pleaded no contest to a felony charge of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle Aug. 3 in Townsend. The court dismissed charges of knowingly operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license (causing death). A $5,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is scheduled May 26.
A plea hearing/sentencing was held for Leonardo Juarez, 45, Chicago. He pleaded no contest to felony charges of false imprisonment and two misdemeanor charges, which occurred April 29 in Oconto. He was sentenced to three years incarceration and three years extended supervision, receiving credit for 325 days. For misdemeanor charges, he was sentenced to nine months and 90 days in jail to run concurrent. He must complete sex offender assessment, treatment and follow through and compass assessment. He may have no contact with the victim or victim’s family.
A plea hearing was held for Dana G. Galske, 45, Oconto Falls. He pleaded no contest to a felony charge of OWI (fifth or sixth offense with passenger under 16) Sept. 26 in Oconto Falls. Misdemeanor charges and a traffic offense were read in and dismissed by the court. A $15,000 cash bond was also revoked. Sentencing is May 26.

An initial appearance was held for Samuel D. Stachura, 35, Sobieski, on felony charges of felon possession of firearms (two counts), possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Oct. 17 in Mountain. The court set a $10,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is April 9.
