• Timothy J. Pearson, 42, Oconto, was charged Oct. 19 with two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Court Commissioner Jacob Evans set a $3,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 17.
